Item may be exchanged for different size, color or Store Credit.

• 31+ Days from date of purchase = No Returns, No Refunds

• 0-15 Days from date of Purchase

These items may be returned for Product Exchange or Store Credit Only.

Item must be in clean & new condition, unused, complete with all tags, registrations, included accessories etc.

Rentals & Courses

• 10+ Days prior to course/rental date – refund minus 20% cancellation fee.
• 5-9 Days prior to course /rental date - refund minus 30% cancellation fee.
• 0-5 Days prior to course/rental date – refund minus 50% cancellation fee.

Final Sale Items

• This includes all items sold on Sale days, items on discount racks, used or demo items or any product discounted more than 25%.

Final Sale = No Returns, No Refunds.

Online Purchase

• We can refund online purchases, however the customer is responsible for shipping and handling expenses to return the item.
