Our Mission

Our mission is to be ambassadors in the development and support of active lifestyles through all types of water sports in the East Kootenays and to provide all-encompassing water sports retail, rental and instruction via knowledgeable, approachable, and enthusiastic staff.  Also, to maintain our regional reputation for unparalleled expertise and passion in water sports and continue to develop the East Kootenay water sports community.

Our Adventure

Just Liquid Sports began as a desire for a stronger watersport scene in the East Kootenays . It grew into a dream of a watersport outfitter that focuses on community and promoting active lifestyles. In 2010, owner Rob Porter turned this dream into a reality with the opening of Just Liquid Sports, which has quickly evolved into the hub of all water sports in the East Kootenays.

Whether Kayaking, Canoeing, Stand Up Paddle Paddle boarding Scuba Diving or Kite surfing our enthusiastic, experienced and certified instructors are here to take you from Zero all the way to Hero at your pace all while keeping you and your body safe and ensuring you remain stoked on your new found adventure/sport.

We are just as proud and honored to have such a great team of sponsored athletes who continually impress both in competition and as ambassadors of their sports. Whether you see these humble athletes on the water, standing on podiums or bump into them on the street they will almost always offer advise and help you continue to improve your skills.
