The spline of the Oar Right fits between the horns of an open oarlock to "lock" your oar blade in position for the most effective stroke.

An additional feature: it lets you turn your oars into a teepee type structure ideal for supporting rain flies or sun shades and can also be used to suspend water jugs or shower systems.

They are a heavy-duty plastic so they can clamp securely to the shaft without damaging the fiberglass/carbon fiber/epoxy shaft material.

The bushings produce a smooth, no-squeak stroke as you row your raft, cataraft or drift boat.
