When conditions demand better-than-basic but your boating style craves the classics, the NRS Women's Axiom Dry Suit checks all the boxes. With a traditional front-entry design and minimal extras, GORE-TEX® Pro fabric construction takes this dry suit to the next level.
- Constructed with 3-Layer GORE-TEX Pro for best-in-class durable, waterproof-windproof-breathable performance.
- To reduce its environmental footprint, GORE-TEX Pro uses 100% recycled nylon face fabric, lower-impact DWR, and backer material that is dope dyed to reduce water usage, pollution and energy use.
- Tough latex neck and wrist gaskets protected with GlideSkin™ neoprene volcano-style overcuffs.
- Purposely designed to keep paddlers drier in high volume waters, the volcano-style overcuffs on the wrists cover more surface area from the wrist to the hand to reduce water contact with the gaskets underneath.
- Tough, yet supple, mesh holes under the wrists and neck, drain any water captured between the latex gasket and the neoprene over cuffs.
- Front-entry YKK® Aquaseal™ zipper with protective flap.
- 13 cm wide neoprene waist overskirt with double-pull hook-and-loop closure fits over your sprayskirt tunnel for a watertight seal.
- Cordura® panel at the interior ankle for abrasion resistance.
- Gathered ankle design features an elastic band to fit snug over booties. Silicone dots keep the ankle from riding up.
- Features one splashproof zippered chest pocket, drop-seat relief zipper and GORE-TEX Pro fabric socks.

Women’s Fit Guide
At NRS, we carefully design and build each product to maximize its functionality. Fit plays a big role in this process.
Form Fit: Conforms to the body. Most commonly seen in base layers.
Slim Fit: Tapered cutlines made for a closer fit. Most commonly seen in base/mid-layers.
Regular Fit: Standard cut. Straight cutlines fit loose without being baggy.
Relaxed Fit: Loose fitting garment that has ample room for mobility or layering underneath.
Measurement Tips
How to measure:
- Chest/Bust: With arms down at your sides, measure around the largest part of the chest, generally across the nipples.
- Waist: Measure at the natural waist; above the hip bones, across the navel.
- Hips: With feet together, measure around the widest part of the hips, across the fullest point of the buttocks.
- Head: Measure above brow, around the fullest part of the head.
Tips for taking accurate measurements:
- It’s best to have a friend or family member do the measuring.
- Use a cloth measuring tape. If you don’t have one, use a cord (or an NRS strap!) and transfer that to a tape measure.
- Measure in your street clothes; we size technical outerwear pieces like drysuits and dry tops to include room for layering underneath.
- Stand up straight and relax.
Suggestions on sizing when your measurements cross into different size categories:
- With wetsuits, your weight is the best “tiebreaker” when measurements cross sizes. Remember, wetsuits need to fit snugly to be efficient at excluding water and holding in warmth.
- In looser fitting garments like drysuits, splash jackets, etc, look first at the height, then at the weight for a tiebreaker.
- Sometimes the best solution is to purchase both sizes and keep the one with the best fit. Our Hassle-Free Returns process is easy and free.
